The Electric Vehicle Driver Training Course provides comprehensive knowledge and practical experience for drivers transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs).
Combining a short theory workshop with practical on-road instruction, this course helps drivers understand EV technology, maximise efficiency, and drive safely while reducing environmental impact.
The theory workshop is conducted in the vehicle at the beginning of the course by the instructor, as an introduction to EVs before the on-road instruction commences.

This is a bespoke on-road training course designed for drivers of electric vehicles up to 4.25 tonnes.
The course is delivered 1:1 and lasts approximately three hours.
Each session is delivered by a DVSA Fleet Approved Driver Trainer, combining both classroom and practical elements:

Vehicle checks will be carried out by the trainer before the training begins. Failure to present a roadworthy vehicle will result in your training not going ahead and your payment fee will be forfeited. You will have to rebook and pay again.
