The Taxi Driver Proficiency Course is designed for new and existing taxi and private hire drivers who need to demonstrate professionalism, customer service and road awareness.
This 3-hour live virtual course, delivered via Zoom, provides essential knowledge and practical guidance to meet the expectations of licensing authorities and passengers alike.
All delegates are required to show photographic ID at registration, such as Driving Licenses or Taxi Badge (if applicable).
The course is CPD Certified, and successful participants receive an eCertificate recognised by licensing authorities across the UK.
You must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or change your booking.

Failure to attend your course, or to provide sufficient notice, will result in your fee being forfeited.
If you book your course within 7 days of the course date, this is considered a short notice booking.
