Training Administrator

BLT Driver Training is recruiting a highly organised and customer focused Training Administrator to play a key role in coordinating our training programmes and assessments.

Based at our Eastleigh office, this is a full time, permanent opportunity within a supportive and busy team.

We are seeking an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

You will play a key role in coordinating training programmes and assessments, acting as the main point of contact for our customers and scheduling our trainers and assessors.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate training and assessment bookings from enquiry through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support.
  • Schedule trainers and assessors, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, course documentation and CRM systems.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
  • Support quality assurance activities and service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the onboarding and ongoing engagement of assessors.
  • Handle enquiries, complaints, calls and emails professionally and in line with company procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across the wider team as required.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Successful police vetting clearance will be required for this role.
